From Geneva Airport
The transfer is booked before you arrive. With your flight number, the driver tracks the landing and waits for you at the baggage reclaim exit.
Book in advance
In France, a VTC may only take a passenger on prior booking. The transfer must therefore be requested before you travel, through the quote form, by phone or by WhatsApp.
Flight tracking
With your flight number, the driver follows the actual landing time. If the plane is late, they adjust their arrival; if it lands early, they are already there.
Where to meet
The driver waits for you in the arrivals hall, at the exit of the baggage reclaim area, with a sign bearing your name. Skis often come out on a separate belt, the one for oversized baggage: the driver waits until everything has been collected.
The return to the airport
For a flight departing from Geneva, the pick-up time at the resort is agreed with you, depending on the route, the weather forecast and the day: winter Saturdays need more leeway.
Journeys between Switzerland and France
Alpine Transfert is a French company: it can connect Geneva Airport with France, in either direction. A journey that stays within Switzerland, from the airport to Geneva city, Verbier or Crans-Montana, is not permitted.
