How a transfer works
You request a quote
Route, date, time, flight number, and the number of passengers, skis, bags and child seats. The reply comes by phone or by WhatsApp, as you prefer.
The transfer is booked
The pick-up time is agreed together. Child seats are fitted before you arrive.
We track your flight
On the day, the actual landing time is what counts: if the plane is late, the driver adjusts their arrival.
Meeting in the arrivals hall
The driver waits for you at the exit of the baggage reclaim area, with a sign bearing your name, and loads the skis and suitcases.
Drop-off at the exact address
Hotel, residence or chalet: the vehicle stops as close to the door as the road allows.
A family, its skis and its suitcases in a single vehicle
The black van takes up to 8 passengers with their luggage and skis. No second car to coordinate, no suitcase on your lap.
Baby seats, child seats and booster seats are provided on request, as many as you need, suited to the age and weight you give us.

The driver adapts to delays and follows the actual landing time.
A single point of contact
The person who answers your quote request is the one who drives, or who arranges the journey.
What we don’t do
- Pick up a passenger without a booking: the law forbids it for VTCs.
- A journey that starts and ends in Switzerland, such as Geneva to Verbier or to Crans-Montana.
- Display a fixed price: each journey has its own quote, depending on the route, the date and the number of passengers.
Advice before you travel
Changeover Saturday, between Geneva and the resorts
Most resort rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. On that day, the airport, the motorway and the resort roads handle the week’s arrivals and departures.
Child seats: the rules in France and Switzerland
A transfer from Geneva Airport crosses the border. The two countries do not have quite the same rule for child seats.
Winter tyres and chains: the “loi Montagne”
Since winter 2021–2022, driving in the mountains in winter has required specific equipment. Every resort on this site is affected.
